On behalf of our entire team, thank you for taking the time to learn more about our organization and the work we are doing to advance oral health equity in underserved communities.

Beyond the Brush was founded on a simple belief: access to oral health education and preventive care should never depend on a person’s background, income, or ZIP code. What began as an idea driven by passion and purpose has grown into a movement powered by students, healthcare professionals, educators, and community leaders who are committed to creating lasting impact.

Every year, millions of children and families face barriers to basic dental care and oral health education. Through school outreach initiatives, community partnerships, educational programming, and hygiene kit distribution, Beyond the Brush works to bridge these gaps and empower communities with the knowledge and resources they deserve.

What makes Beyond the Brush truly special is the people behind it. Our team is made up of driven, compassionate, and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about using healthcare and advocacy to create meaningful change. From organizing outreach events to mentoring future healthcare leaders, our members continuously demonstrate what it means to lead with empathy and purpose.

As Founder & Executive Director, it has been incredibly inspiring to watch this initiative grow into something larger than I ever imagined.
